Keep your 9jili account safe
Cybersecurity is our top priority. Following the tips below will keep your account and funds fully protected.
Use a strong password
Choose a password of at least 8 characters that includes uppercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid simple passwords such as your date of birth or name.
Never share your password with anyone
No 9jili staff member will ever ask for your password. If anyone asks for it, notify support immediately.
Verify the URL
Always make sure you are on the official 9jili.bar website. Look for the green padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
Be cautious on public Wi-Fi
Logging in over a public Wi-Fi network is risky. Use your own mobile data or a trusted network instead.
Change your password regularly
Set a new password every few months. Using the same password for a long time increases security risk.
Log out after use
Always log out after using a shared device or public computer, and clear your browser history.
